Whether you are in a committed long term relationship or searching for love with different partners - sex has a potential of being an ecstatic, healing and sacred experience.
This intimate, safe, relaxed, confidential and judgment-free group can help you:

- understand, accept and be comfortable with your sexuality
- let go of any shame connected to your body image and sex in general
- find what blocks your free sexual expression
- learn to relax, be spontaneous and surrender to pleasure during sex
- understand your sexual fantasies and make them "work" for  you
- let out your "dark side" and "wild side" fuel  your passion
- easily communicate your sexual preferences to your partner
- explore the connection between sex and love

This group does not involve any sexual or physical contact,
and is not meant to treat any medical condition.

Facilitated by Zhanna Goldfine, MA, MFT - a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Expressive Arts Therapist and Yoga teacher who has been studying traditional sex theerapy and sacred sexuality for the past 10 years, and is passionate about helping women free their sexuality.
