The roots of fear come from a lack of trust in life’s wisdom and in our own ability to master life’s challenges. In suppressed form, fear is experienced as anxiety, worry and stress that deplete our energy and block the expression of our authentic self. Psychospiritual therapy can help you:

  • Learn to relax using breathing and visualization exercises
  • Develop multiple self-care techniques to deal with stress and anxiety
  • Connect with the source of strength, resilience and peace inside of you
  • Become more creative and flexible in response to life’s challenges

As a certified Integral Yoga Teacher, I also offer longer Deep Relaxation sessions and simple Yoga instructions  that help relief stress and anxiety.
